Introduction-
According to decision of high
authority Society Development Committee (SDC) started work for establish IT
department since 2013 and completed in 2014. To established IT department the
IT team of SDC started work hard day and night and made a nice micro finance
accounting software. It was hard challenge for IT team. Near one year
trying hurt and soul IT team finished their fight and established a strong
IT department. Now IT department is one of the most important department of
Object of IAD-
The object of established IT
department in SDC was integrate web based AIS, MIS & HR software program
and use of modern technology. Another important object was reducing made a
official working pressure and keep free staffs and printing cost control.
Present Status -
Starting of 1st July 2016
IT and Accounts department make together and named IAD (IT & Accounts
Department). Now micro-finance related all AIS and MIS are control under IAD.
All kind of books of account, FIS & MIS reports generated automatically.
It’s a web based accounting program. The software program of SDC was its own
design and develop by a2zglobalit. Now all Branch of SDC are fully
automated.
Role of IAD-
IT department of SDC are plying
various impotent role to make official work easy different way. They are
regularly work for developing this program. Some important role of IT
